Return Policy
If a wrapping film (plastic) of a video is opened,
it cannot be returned. Videos can be only exchanged for the same title if
defective.
1)
Manufacturing Defect (Exchange only)
Any video
tapes or DVD which is not viewable due to manufacturing defect will be replaced
with another of the same title. Customers pay for a return shipping charge; we
in turn will not charge shipping to send a replacement and will reimburse the
return-shipping charge up to $5.00. All exchanges must be pre-authorized
by us via e-mail or telephone.
If you
return a non-defective item reported as defective, we reserve the right to
return the item to you at your cost.
2) Return
(unopened item only)
All
requests for a return must be made within 15 days from the invoice date.
NO refund will be issued after 15 days. You may return any item to YOE
Incorporated (address listed below) for a full refund of the purchase price
(minus shipping and handling).
There are certain
products, which, once opened, even if unused, cannot be re-sold as new.
Therefore, due to manufacturer’s policies, we are unable to issue a refund on
open items. Videos CANNOT be returnable due to content dissatisfaction.
You MUST
include a copy of your original packing list. Please circle the items you are
returning and write the reason for return. All returns must be
pre-authorized by us via e-mail or telephone.
